I get so frustrated when people do such drastic overhauls that make those places look like another griege apartment space. It’s one thing to do small updates, but it makes you wonder why even buy the house in the first place. (Greed/capitalism, I know but still.)

I’ve found juggling my new(ish) job, navigating Mom life, and the crap going on with the world has made it hard for me to stay on top of art making. But I have finished a few commissions over the past few months and that is a big deal for me.

I wanted to come here to post art, but with all that is going on I’ve found it near impossible to do anything creative. Dancing on that line of despair is limiting. Hoping I can change that going forward.
