They were supposed to notify her various healthcare providers of her release.

They have not.

The official notifications necessary for her *life* to continue are absent.

Tomorrow we have a DWP appt demanding numerous proofs she does not have.

My daughter just spent a over a year in a mental health facility.

They discharged her not because she was any better but because she is so quiet and introspective that they can't find enough evidence for a reliable diagnosis.

So now she is just left to the voices in her head encouraging suicide.
