Escala 5x2 com 40h é traição da classe trabalhadora. No mínimo tem que ser:

- 4x3 com 32h (7h de trabalho e 1h de almoço, 4 dias)

- 5x2 com 30h (6h de trabalho e 1h de almoço, 5 dias)

E quando eu digo "no mínimo" é pq já tá no limite do negociável pra que a pessoa consiga ter alguma dignidade.
