I just didn't enjoy the game that much (but played through it in its entirety). People definitely liked it as a whole more than I did at the time.

You're hacking into a dying alien biocomputer found at the bottom of the ocean. It has a bit more information than you were expecting.
It has a mix of gameplay, but is heavy on the reading. It has one of the coolest sequences I've played in a while and the worldbuilding is GOOD.

A little animal hut in the middle of the lake, with five turtles at the base and a cormorant perched atop the small A-frame shelter. Much like the unseen surrounding humans, these animals are enjoying a break in the rain and cloudy weather.

On the other hand: Holy shit I am so fucking pumped to see indie productions in theaters. If this continues and indie studios are taken more seriously, the famously soul crushing industry might change for the better.
