I just didn't enjoy the game that much (but played through it in its entirety). People definitely liked it as a whole more than I did at the time.

No hate to anyone that liked it, either, this is just a fun little thing to do online. šŸ˜‰

corru.observer ATTENTION::'mindspike logging active'

You're hacking into a dying alien biocomputer found at the bottom of the ocean. It has a bit more information than you were expecting.

It has a mix of gameplay, but is heavy on the reading. It has one of the coolest sequences I've played in a while and the worldbuilding is GOOD.

Also did no dupes... which was difficult. But eyyy someone else that likes Scaler!

I double posted because I realized I could add a certain free-to-play game on the web called corru observer, go play it.

I did some digging. It MIGHT be a juvenile great cormorant.

Oooo, those are cool! I haven't seen one (yet), but I'll be on the lookout next time I go to the beach.

I'm having a lot of fun finding a bunch of animals that are new to me over here.

Three pigeons siting on a tree branch. Two are enjoying sunlight together, feathers fluffed. One is in a more shaded area alone, preening.

This is by far my favorite of all the photos from this day, even though the birds featured are plain ol' pigeons, not even with any fun color morphs. They were arranged so nicely in the tree. #BirdPhotos #Photography

Caught these two preening with each other, and got a lot of great shots out of it. #BirdPhotos #Photography

Two Canadian geese in the grass. The goose in the foreground is standing on one foot, the other is bent at an angle to where the camera can see the bottom of its webbed foot, while looking at the cameraman. The one in the background has its beak pointed at the one in the foreground and stands partially behind it.

This one turned out really good, partially because this pair was almost close enough to touch. For some reason, they're pretty chill over here in Europe. That doesn't mean they don't make me nervous. #BirdPhotos #Photography

I'm love them. They're so weird and... Coot. I'll be here all week.

Definitely a different species than I'm used to seeing. šŸ‘€
It started swimming and diving for long periods after it was done sunning too.

A waterfowl with a mostly dark grey body and a pale yellow beak is on the lake. Its reflection is slightly distorted because the lake is very rippled by a light breeze.

Same species of bird, but I don't have an ID for anyone. I've seen them walking around beforehand and I think they have long toes. I had to edit both of these a lot to make them presentable, but I think it looks pretty good. #Photography #BirdPhotos

A little animal hut in the middle of the lake, with five turtles at the base and a cormorant perched atop the small A-frame shelter. Much like the unseen surrounding humans, these animals are enjoying a break in the rain and cloudy weather.

I cannot for the life of me ID this bird, but I think it's a species of cormorant. Could be totally off, I'm only really used to the cormorants found in the Carolinas in the USA. This isn't even in North America. Bonus turtles! #BirdPhotos #Photography

Two Egyptian geese on a rocky lake shore, with tall grass. The one closest to the camera is looking directly at the cameraman while the one closest to the lake has its back to the camera. In the background on the lake is one Canadian goose and one mallard duck drake.

I find Egyptian geese to be super pretty and extremely photogenic, if that is indeed what these are. These were a different pair than the ones with goslings. #BirdPhotos #Photography

Two adult Egyptian geese on land next to a lake watch the cameraman with four of their offspring present around them. The goslings are currently foraging food out of the sparse grass.

I think these were the best photos I got during my bird-stalking day at the park. I think these are Egyptian geese? I moved continents, I'm suddenly bad at ID'ing stuff. #Photography #Birds

I can post more bird pics. I took a few and these are far from the nicest.

Two Canadian geese on a green lake. One has its flank to the camera, beak pointed toward it, the other is completely turned away. The rippled surface of the lake is showing distorted reflections of the pair. As a fun Easter Egg for y'all, these geese were not photographed in North America.

I really need to learn how this nice camera works a little better, but I saw #BirdReflections trending and I happened to be taking pictures of waterfowl a few days ago...

Today's #BirdOfTheDay theme is #Reflections, so have some Canadian geese on the water.

I think the spoilers thing is less on the production studio and more on the fanbase being fucking irritating though.

Can you not post the entire plot to social media for five seconds?

On one hand, yeah, keeping from seeing spoilers for TADC is going to be kinda ass.

On the other hand: Holy shit I am so fucking pumped to see indie productions in theaters. If this continues and indie studios are taken more seriously, the famously soul crushing industry might change for the better.

Don't I know it. They seriously jacked up their membership prices since opening the third gym in the area.

I hope they're cheaper over here...

I've got good people around me. I'll get through it this year like I have the other years before.

I'm gonna channel some of the sads into building up my muscles again. I miss being a little beefy. šŸ’Ŗ Could also see how the climbing gyms are around here too.

Woke up feeling especially fragile this morning. Didn't actively realize it was the anniversary of the first hospital stay for Mom until a bit later.

Love that even if you don't REMEMBER remember, you can still have a reaction. Really cool!

Also... most of the people playing queer characters... are queer themselves.

And man that uh. Player pressuring you for borderline to crossing-the-line eRP stuff was fucking weird. Glad that's not happening anymore!

Kinda glad I'm not going back to school for a literature major, but also I'm probably going to have to write essays... I am going to McFucking Lose It if I get accused of using that trash outside of a class on artificial intelligence.

Especially be normal about fictional stuff that is not your own creation. It's a sheer lack of manners and consideration for others, I'm tellin' ya.

Oh, that and media illiteracy.

Consider: Modified pedipalps or other mouthparts as arms, and then you can keep 8 legs. They could have fangs on their arms or other such fun anatomy.
