This quarter was a real balancing act between classes and dev work. Next quarter, I’m aiming to focus more fully on this project and bring more ideas to life. Learned a ton about IK, modeling, and teamwork! I’m proud of how far we’ve come. Huge thanks to my amazing team for making it all happen!👥🍄

With the quarter wrapping up, it’s awesome seeing the game come together! Gave an original character a makeover, added Popsicle Enoki 🍧🍄, and recorded new voice lines with @fruitlegs.bsky.social. Also implemented a sound-sync system to give the NPC some extra flare!

The team shifted gears for GDC, focusing on a single-player experience. I’m wrapping up the Strawberry Enoki 🍓🍄, building a custom cap shader, and refining logo designs. Everything’s coming together — can’t wait to share what’s next!

Spent the week researching and refining game loop and powerup design, testing how different ability timings affect pacing within the game. Jotted some notes down including QUICKTIME EVENT MECHANIC, game loop ideas, and possible VFX/SFX scenarios. #gamedesign #notes
