A small mushroom standing about two inches tall grows out of conifer-needle-covered ground. Its stipe is pure white, smooth, and bends out of the ground at a 45° angle before growing straight up. Its light orange cap is wet, shiny, and hasn't opened up yet.
Really curious about what this is. Hypholoma species maybe? Scratching my head on this one! 🤔
