2 cont - and i mean they really didn't read it. the pre-req was that i try testosterone enanthate IM injections, and my chart CLEARLY said i did. they. did. not. read. it. #BCBS is denying claims without even reading the notes! i had to HIGHLIGHT the paragraph in the notes and get an external review
2 - i took #xyosted for my #transgender HRT because i don't have ovaries. i NEED sex hormones because i don't produce my own. i cannot use IM injections due to injection site issues, which is in my chart. #BCBS denied my PA because they said it wasn't medically necessary. they didn't read the chart!
1 - i was on zepbound for 2 years on my old insurance, no problem. my a1c dropped from 8 to 5.3, a NON-DIABETIC A1C LEVEL. #BCBS denied coverage for #zepbound AND #mounjaro because I have type ONE #diabetes. they apparently haven't heard of #doublediabetes.
when i die 20 years early it's on #BCBS.
