Text: Sometimes I think poetry is what happens when a person imposes a vision he's had onto a time and place, when the imagination steps in to improve the conditions within which the author exists. This is more poem than song.
February 16: Noche del Guajolote
I've been following along with the #bookclub, silently liking comments on youtube.
There is still snow on the ground here in New Jersey, and listening to this song today made me feel warm, so I listened to it three more times.
Good things are possible and we don’t have to settle.
Seeing Florence + The Machine in April. Halloween is forever.
No. THIS is 37.
they all write/talk like this now and it feels like a new genre: hate smut; manic, agitated vitriol that reads like it was written while feverishly masturbating to revenge fantasies

Cashier at target told me she loved my hair, so consider this a reminder of how far I’ve come. 2022/2025
(it’s funny and thrifty that I’m wearing the same shirt.)
Busy week, but I finally watched THE RITUAL (2017)
