Outersloth, the investment arm of Among Us maker Innersloth, has published its games funding agreement in full, arguing that "transparency is key"

Yeah, this is a constant struggle for us. We do our best to use "funder" terms for ourselves and it is great when others acknowledge and are consistent with the distinction.

Simply put, we do not offer services (loc, qa, marketing, etc) and devs own their own operations and external relationships!

My Lawyer kept misreading this contract because he couldn't believe how good it was.

I had to tell him, yes, truly 15/85 in our favor.
