That's actually great advice. I'd just be on the looking for caching issues, and, since we're talking about old php sites, the fact that Cloudflare reports IPv6 addresses over IPv4. That could screw your app up if IP dependent.

Yeah January's Rackspace bill was close to $1k ... my last bill was $16. Guess what I did?

Why not tax everyone the same? You don't think pay at that level is performance-based? Is that not income discrimination?

Let every company be transparent about revenue.. and have a "twitter thread" of streaming sales front center in the office for everyone to see live. Then tie everyone's pay to their individual performance that contributes to that live stream. Yeah. Performance-based pay.

Just be valuable... and the stats will follow. #Founder #BuildInPublic
