There was a board game. We fought over it on Friday afternoons in primary school. Runners up got Mousie Mousie.
I was always envious of the long US phone cords. The UK ones were about a yard long and always tangled so no way could you lie on the floor.

I was giving out stamps in 1980.
The Co-op issued stamps too. They were blue. Four for every pound you spent. I used to count them out in my Saturday job and there was a certain knack to folding them as you counted.
It’s fantastic. The book is a good read too.
