I also feel like amicus briefs need to be reigned in. Instead of allowing the justices to find a brief that most well explains the decision they already want to make, each side of a case should select up to 3 or 5 briefs that they want included as part of the record.

Having cops engage with the community they are tasked to help is more effective than having them all hiding concrete fortresses or sitting in militarized pursuit vehicles? Who would have guessed?! 1) a theoretical concern is the same thing as an opinion
2) an opinion is harmful when it purports to be fact (using phrasing of "if x, then y will happen") and all available evidence shows the literal opposite to be true.

Imposing

One of my favorite types of exhibit is "this section of discolored wall is what remains of the original construction" because it so succinctly slaps people in the face with how history works. I just wish we could get more people to experience history in person rather than through their phones.
