I have a couple ideas. Her main hair color being maybe a matcha green or lime green. The ahoge would be white! I would go for her main hair color being pink as I do love pink, but it's probably somewhat overdone of a hair color.
Eyes definitely being a shade of yellow. And her skin tone being olive
