This picture is something my brother @hermanoprimero sent me yesterday. It's 17 years ago on one of our frequent visits to Madrid. We ate too much, drank way more than we should have and had the best time. I have been back many times since with @sazyrock which is a bit more sedate. I love Madrid

"Raw milk “eton mess”, black currant, chewy beet, black tea, chamomile meringue". Not like any Eton mess I have ever had before. The dish originated in the most prestigious pubic school in the UK. This was a very high end take @lielle.la. Part of an exceptional meal to celebrate my birthday.

This is a southern Spanish style dish I made the other day. It is a dish of fried chicken, plenty of garlic, saffron, peppers, onions, olives, tomatoes. and paprika. Does anyone want to see a recipe?
