Origen of Alexandria claims that some rejected 2 Timothy (Comm. Ser. Matt. 117 [PG 13:1769c]); and Jerome claims Tatian rejected 1–2 Timothy (Comm. Tit. Prologue).

The Pastorals are not included in Marcion’s canon or in 𝔓46 . Also, Tertullian claims Marcion rejected the Pastorals (Marc. 5.21); Clement of Alexandria claims that certain “heretics” rejected 1–2 Timothy (Strom. 2.11)…
