i know this is probably greatly overshadowed by #PerfectCrown right now (which I'm enjoying too!) but I checked out the first ep of #WeAreAllTryingHere and knowing the screenwriter, this is gonna be emotionally hard-hitting but beautifully written. The cast are phenomenal!

haha oh i totally understand that!! whenever i get home from somewhere, even if it's a short day trip, i always feel the biggest sense of relief! 💖😭

i get serious travel anxiety, so sadly never travelled alone, though i imagine it's a wonderful thing to do so! the day before a trip, even if i'm travelling with someone i get cold feet about going lol! but i feel better once i get there!

haha it definitely has some heavyish moments but i do like the lead characters a lot! and i find it an interesting story so far! i really was feeling lost so i'm glad i found something i'm liking a lot!

in other news i started #ADreamofSplendor (4 years too late!) because i needed another good historical drama to get stuck into after finishing TLDIC. i do like the couple, they got the chemistry for sure~ 💖

been a bit of a mad week, i've been so busy and stressed 😭

had time to finish #VeilofShadows but i'm still not sure how I feel about it entirely haha, it was a beautifully shot drama ofc, but the plot was overly convoluted in some parts, and the ending made me feel.. empty?? 7/10

i still need to continue it, i keep getting distracted by all my other dramas! 😂

i finished #TheLongestDayinChang'an, it was epic, and now I have no idea what to watch that will get my adrenaline pumping the same!
i'm gonna miss all these characters, good and bad!

idek if these count tbh lol, you know when you've seen SO MANY dramas with childhood connections and then somehow forget them all when prompted 😂

Yeah when I originally saw it announced I genuinely thought it was gonna be a fresh reboot/remake from the beginning haha, which I think would have been interesting

gonna give it a try and see how it is! i've no idea what to expect haha!

so scenic! i noticed the layout of the city is really fascinating to look at lol, how it all fans out from the castle in the center!

to add that i've heard that if you're comparing the two it might give even more of a whiplash, so watching the original PA might actually be a bad idea for when transitioning to the new drama lol (especially since the cast are so vastly different).
i'm on the fence as i wanna watch!

honestly, cdramas are the best for this, as they're always SO beautiful. there are some dramas i've still not seen that look gorgeous (TTEOM) but for now:
