A photograph of a trumpeter swan standing in a shallow river stretching its wings. Although this was a shaded area, the white of the waterfowl reflects onto the surface of the moving water.

A black & white photograph of a snake moving on an old fallen tree. The tree fell into a lake. The snake's tail is in the water. The lake is clear enough to see sunken logs resting on the lake bed. The water is still to reflect the snake & the weathered tree trunk.

The tree growth comes to a stop as the ground becomes too numerous with stone. Ground covering plants blanket the rocks & act as a border for the trees. On top of a prominent stone is a golden ground squirrel, standing on its hind legs.

#scape
In the foreground is an alpine meadow coming to an end as there is a drop off shortly after the last plant. Beyond that is a mountain range, still harboring some snow. And the background is clear blue sky.

My husband thinks the kitten had to have been rough enough with the toy to get it up in the air and then lucky enough to be under it to have the opening go right around his head.

A picture of an orange cat with a soft ball track chaser around his body. I don't know how he got through the center. Lol

That's not how you play with that toy. 😂 At least he got himself into a situation whilst we were still up. 😆
Good night 😴💤

Aerial photo of a Rice's whale in the Gulf of Mexico. Text over the image reads: “It’s tragic that the Rice’s whale, which has lived in this planet’s oceans for millions of years, could now go extinct because of a small man’s petty indifference.” The quote is by Brett Hartl, Government Affairs Director.

Text over the image reads: “It’s tragic that the Rice’s whale, which has lived in this planet’s oceans for millions of years, could now go extinct because of a small man’s petty indifference.” The quote is by Brett Hartl, Government Affairs Director.

Last night, the Trump DOJ filed its opposition to our motion for a temporary restraining order that seeks to prevent the Endangered Species Committee from meeting on March 31 to approve a Gulf oil exemption.

This would put Rice’s whale in grave danger of extinction.

Anyone who is foolish enough to choose travelling to the United States at this point deserves the stress and aggravation.

Photo of my fluffy white cat Francie meowing at the camera with her little pink, toothless mouth open looking like the cutest lil gremlin. The words art show are written in sloppy digital crayon above and below her face.

If the future is robots, who cares about the state of the planet, robots don't need clean air, water, or anything to eat. After the rich get their robot workers and AI bodies, we are all next on the extermination list.

We are in THE WORST SCI-FI movie.
Do you think she'll be jealous of the robots next because they can have feelings and she never has?

Idaho's wild horses are going to be rounded up & only some of the mares will be released.
🤬😡!!!Dracarys upon the Republicans & their project 2025!!!
The horses evolved here, have always been here, & belong in nature! The cows, goats & sheep are not & do not! And man does not need to be everywhere!

We lived in WA from 2014-2020, Mt. Rainier was in front of our house. There was always something to see just from the windows. It was the best view we ever had.

Yes. People get swept up into the idea that the only traveling to be done is overseas. We have so much to explore here, and one day it could be gone, either by natural happenstance or man. And too many do not know the beauty that is in their own state.

I'd prefer them dead. All of their assets need to go into American communities. They've taken too much from us. They have committed treason, several acts of crime against people & for personal gains. They have ways of getting free from this. It won't end until they're gone for good.

This is a digital painting that I made from a few of my pictures. The background is a picture from one of Castle in the Clouds bedrooms. I put a duck in the dress. Added a silhouette duck portrait to the wall.
