This study on remote #work is such a fascinating little reality check. After surveying over 10,000 workers and 1,500 employers in Poland, Piotr Lewandowski, Katarzyna Lipowska and Mateusz Smoter, all from from Institute for Structural Research, find that #hybrid beats fully #remote.
