More free chairs to anyone who suffered storm damage to their home and needs them. They were rescued from the flood waters at the shop in the River Arts District. None of them hit the water.

Totally doable, might have a lot of stretch. Can’t wait to see what you make!

Seashells in the snow

A rare snow day in southeastern North Carolina. It’s also that time of the season when I’m thinking my sweaters can use a wash, so I washed them in the snow. Yep, it’s a thing! #knitting

A temple will help. When I learned the warp weighted loom, we used t pins that were tied to the outside edges of the loom. It will also help you beat the weft in.

Finished building a new raised bed this morning. Scrap brick from around the yard, prunings from the cherry tree, pine needles from the woods next door, and kitchen compost. Do something that feeds your soul today.
