I’m putting my undiagnosed adhd into good use by analysing my life story with this new safe emotional mode and hell, it’s working. I’m half private investigator and half therapist. Untangling both my parents and my own behavioural patterns. This was not on my bingo card.

Now I feel happy and sane. And I have enough resilience to reflect on my life and the lives of my family. I have just enough distance to not be hurt by my own thinking. Is this how everyone else lives? My emotions are observed but not crippling. It’s amazing. Should have done it years ago.

One final bit of good news - 234600 people across the motu voted to remove Māori wards, 245800 to keep them - 51.1% of all votes were to keep them, 48.9% not to. The majority of the country that voted were in favour so suck it coalition!

Aotearoa New Zealand,

Everywhere that Chris Luxon, David Seymour, Winston Peters or any CoC-up govt MPs turn up, I want you to #TurnYourBacks. Give your back to them and their cameras. Do it for Palestine!

If they're speaking, turn your back. If they enter any room, turn your back!

Beware of those promising low rates, and those that have signed pledges. It’s against their rules to do so as everything must be considered at the table, not before.
