Each enemy (cog) is assigned to a chatter that can talk through it in-game. When the Cog joins a battle for the first time, its chatter can give it a buff via chat command.

From now on I'll be using @kingpants.hval.la for T.TV posts and anything involving Toontown as a player.

This account will be used for my game audio and game dev pursuits, including Toontown projects as a contributor. I also plan to create a separate audio portfolio channel. ✌️
