I went to the first Alaskan DOH RHTP meeting and it was all I could do to Lee from standing up and screaming at the top of my lungs.

Spa day for my tweed pants: trimmed off pills, shaved texture, trimmed out tattered lining. Soaked in water and conditioner.

Voila! They look and feel amazing. So glad I’ll have something to wear in Juneau with all the cold and wet.

Anyone got any tricks for hormone headaches besides NSAIDS? I think it’s low progesterone but it could be other hormonal stuff.

I use it to contact professionals I’d like to work with or to learn more about what other organizations in my field are doing in their communities… I use it to post/share information that I find valuable to my “vocational mission” without constantly sharing that info on other platforms.
