I wanna get started making some music, I've never made one before but I can play the piano. Any suggestions on which software to use and where I get some tips about game music? I've tried FamiTracker and Bosca so far but don't know where to start.

For reall, at some point realism just felt too "on trend" as if too many games were going for the same specific look and we were seeing less games with unique art style.

No lol, from a first glance I saw it as like a free roam with turned based combat, which I immediately went to Wizard 101 lol, and now that I think about it pokemon too, it was just from first glance visuals. Though I am curious how the dungeon crawler and trick taking aspect will play out!
I would like to pin an older gameplay video here since there isn't any demo available as of now, so you can get a bit of an idea how it works :D

HI! Thanks for the host I would love to share my progress on Sigils of Fate, a turn based combat game about connecting pieces to form shapes in order to play your "card".
The characters are based on mythologies from around the world, this week we successfully added 3 playable characters!
3 characters has been added to Sigils of Fate, fully playable, still got some unique UI designs to do but it is looking PROMISING, I am happy with the progress so far!

The game is a "Tetris Battler" where each piece has it's own purpose, either as base stat or an amplifier (2x, 3x), the player has to score shapes to apply those effects and fight to the death.
