Running in situ isothermal crystallisation studies of #zeolites (165°C, 40 bar) at BM01@SNBL @esrf.fr, simultaneously monitoring conductivity, T and P in situ, using our newest sample environment.
Tracking crystallization processes can be cumbersome, specifically when samples react with the sample environment. In a special setup, enabling in situ 2- and 4-electrode impedance measurements, crystallization effects at electrodes or in the bulk can clearly be distinguished, while at the same time enabling structural characterization with X-ray diffraction.

Ewoud made his PhD at NMRCoRe, working on parahydrogen hyperpolarization. He then joined Sami Jannin @ CRMN, Lyon for a successful postdoc, developing dissolution DNP. Highly looking forward to having Ewoud back at NMRCoRe and to enable the exciting new science he is planning.
