A black-and-white cat sits on a stone platform surrounded by green vegetation. The cat appears slightly annoyed and is looking toward the camera.

For me, as a German, the whole progression is damn scary. I would have never guessed, that the stories my grandma told me, might repeat.

TIL 311 replica back

One of my projects is this TIL311 replica (lighter one in the images.the darker one=original). It is a drop in replacement of this retro hexadecimal display. I made a silicone mold of the original and put a self made PCB in resin. It is much brighter and draws less power. hackaday.io/project/175903

A screenshot from Twitter showing a tweet from US Cyber Command:

In honor of #WomensHistoryMonth, we want to recognize the "Mother of WiFi" Hedy Lamarr

Not only known for her acting career, Lamarr patented an invention for "frequency hopping" to Allied Forces in WWII. This would later form the basis for today's WiFi, GPS, and Bluetooth

We've got perfect Berlin November weather in order to work on my 1991 BMW K75RT. I was never cold, even though it's 1 Β°C.
