Just posting some art of my bug that I've liked getting from before
Digital watercolour illustration of the Pokémon, Ledyba. It is standing on its lowest two arms (or legs..?), all four upper arms wrapped around a simple comically-drawn heart. The Ledyba's mouth is open in a smile, its eyes large and bulging, with smaller hearts drawn around its head. The Ledyba is endearingly ugly (artist's opinion).

A sketch reference sheet of Emperor, Quilbug's bug-monster persona. The creature is a mix of multiple insects. Is has the fuzz and green, red and yellow colouration of a pellucid hawkmoth. Its posture, mouth parts and the way its wings fold over its abdomen is that of a mantis, but the wings are transparent like a crickets. All its hands and feet are the same, with fuzzy 'palms' like a tarantula where four prehensile claws jut out of. The reference shows Emperor in a neutral pose, a closeup of its hands, and a closeup of its open mouth parts.
