Good event tonight at Leigh Library, peddling my wares and introducing new readers to Everett Carr. Thanks to Wigan Libraries for organising the event.

An underrated story in my view. Simple but effective. A nice little twist to it, a very good clue in the breaking of the coronet, and a nasty villain who is a prototype for similar and better ones to come.

Superb first reviews for my new Everett Carr novel, The Serpent's Fang. If you haven't discovered Carr yet, make sure you do. Any fan of Poirot, Wimsey, and the Golden Age gang won't be disappointed!
