Fake book cover saying ENSURE YOUR CHILD BECOMES A PROFITABLE MEMBER OF CAPITALIST SOCIETY BY SHOWING EMPATHY
Realising the book I'm editing at the moment doesn't have enough fake parenting books (as collected by Heimdall). Remembering this one I was quite proud of...

“Almost all the 165 people killed in the attack were girls aged between seven and 12, according to local officials. There were around 170 girls at the school in southern Iran’s Minab at the time.“

One of my unfinished sketches with color palette. Text: ai art is lazy, uninspired, and it all looks the same. Just fyi if you use the human plagiarism machine I don’t respect you as a creator.
Seeing a big influx on Insta of “children’s book illustrators” following me. Their profiles of full of clearly AI-generated, generic, smiling, dead-eyed children.
Artists! I am looking for a Jewish illustrator for a middle-grade project focusing on Jewish history, practice, and culture. If your style feels fun, MG-appropriate, and both editorial & narrative, please drop a link or DM! (And editor & agent friends, if you have someone to rec, it's appreciated!)

I blocked this from my mind after learning about it yesterday, but yes... this is happening.

Oh this is splendid. Reminds me of a famous incident from when I was at university when the union events organiser was told to order £500 of smoked salmon for a party. Instead he ordered 500lbs. It had to be delivered in a truck. Everyone ate salmon for weeks
Thank you ☺️☺️☺️
The first one was my favourite today, but I feel like I need to explore her more which is fun ☺️ She should be able to dance & has an auntie who looks like her, so a few things to consider!
Me when my cat runs with my cake
Me getting up Monday morning
Me in my husband’s eyes - changing my mind every second
Dance!
Drawing day - trying to get the right version of this girl

I love those books!! Thanks for reminding me ✨
Exactly! I’ll ask my agent in the meeting later how could she 😭
Yes! And maybe less blood? Also I twisted the story so the puppy meets other prey animals in the tiger’s belly & they work together to escape which might… upset the readers in certain parts of the US idk 😅
I have a full storyboard of this one ready to be made into a PB but my agent doesn’t think we can sell a children’s book where a bully suffers an anal rupture 😭 Do you think it’s too political? But small & meek vs. big & powerful is a long tradition in Korean storytelling #kidlit
Tiny but feisty puppy ran through the guts of the tiger that tried to eat her. The tiger died from anal rupture.
1st #KidLitArtPostcard of 2026 & I thought I’d reshare this Korean folktale - the tiny sickly puppy escaping the belly of the tiger who tried to eat her for an easy snack. Run through the gut of the powerful & greedy. Destroy his ass!
