Sarah Lewis from the Juneau office of the UAF Cooperative Extension Service will be in Sitka to teach three classes in July. On Tuesday, July 8, she will teach people about the state's homemade foods business code and how that will impact potential vendors at the Sitka Farmers Market and other events. On Wednesday, July 9, she will teach people how to can garden soups and pickles. On Thursday, July 10, she will discuss food preservation safety for local food leaders. It's tough to refer to someone as a criminal if you've given them no due process to determine whether they're a criminal. Like if you get arrested and get a trial and are convicted of 34 felony counts. That's due process. You can call that guy a criminal.
