Was ich zuerst versuchen würde: Simkarte in anderes Handy um rauszufinden obs an Handy oder Nummer liegt. Im zweiteren Fall Mobilfunkanbieter kontaktieren und mal nachfragen.

Ich hatte mal das Problem das es beim anrufen einfach ewig im Verbindungsaufbau hängen blieb. Nach Smartphone neu aufsetzen hat es wieder funktioniert.
