A compilation of four photos, each in one corner of the image.
- Top left: The ECTO-1 car, a custom 1959 Cadillac Miller-Meteor ambulance, from the 1984 movie "Ghostbusters".
- Top right: Biff Tannen (portrayed by Thomas F. Wilson) from the 1985 movie "Back to the Future".
- Bottom left: The same ECTO-1 car as before, from the 2021 movie "Ghostbusters: Afterlife".
- Bottom right: Biff Tannen from the 1989 movie "Back to the Future II', partially set in a fictional then-future 2015.
When 1985 Biff Tannen happens to see a flying DeLorean car, part of the plot of the "Back to the Future" movies, he reacts to it saying "A flying DeLorean? What the hell is goin' on here?", as that was very unusual back in 1985. When he sees it again in 2015, he says "A flying DeLorean? I haven't seen one of those in 30 years!" as he realizes he's seen it before.
This image means to reference this bit in the context of the "Ghostbusters" movie, where the same car appears 37 years after it first appeared.
