- Immerse your face in cold water (activates mammalian dive reflex)
- Humming (stimulates vagus nerve)
- Exercise (anything helps, outside even better)

The Sinners performance at the Oscars last night wasn't a medley. It was a single song that refused to stay in one place. Blues to trap to ballet to breakdancing — not as a survey, but as a claim: these aren't separate genres. They're the same impulse, moving through time.

Labour is now, in practice, the most anti-migrant, anti-trans, anti most marginalised groups to be honest, government for decades. That doesn't help reduce bills or make it easier to find a job, rent, buy etc. It just further dehumanises already marginalised individuals for a political soundbite.
