Correction!! Turns out that the recent super-high wastewater readings were errors. I got suspicious and so asked the PaWSS team about it directly, and they fixed it! So fortunately COVID wastewater levels are currently "Moderate." Not great but better than 3x high.

Topic: Listening to the Body: Whole-Person Care for Long COVID.

Panelists will bring insight into the complexities of Long COVID and the evolving tools we can use to address it—ranging from pacing strategies and acupuncture to nutrition, somatic practices, and retraining the nervous system.

It absolutely fucking floors me that we have normalized repeat infections with this virus - I know people who have had Covid 5+ times already! Wear a mask and fight for clean indoor air and better vaccine access because we all deserve so much better than this.

I’m begging folks to mask up for Pride events! Show solidarity with your disabled and high risk peers and make the event safe and inclusive for everyone.

Now more than ever we need to stay united and ensure no one is left behind.

Masking is resistance.

Masking is community care.

PSA Neck gaiters are not masks. Neck gaiters are not effective at stopping the spread of airborne viruses. Masks, especially well-fitting ones are effective at preventing infection. Conflating the two is bad because it can encourage politicians to ban masks for the general public.
