Francis, one year on: Plans are being revealed to commemorate the one-year anniversary of Pope Francis passing. On Tuesday April 21 at 5pm, the Rosary will be prayed in the Pauline Chapel where he loved to pray.
After the Rosary, a plaque will be unveiled honoring Francis and his devotion to Salus Populi Romani. At 6pm a Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary Major, and a special message from Pope Leo, who is in Angola, will be read.

While I was at the Lake Washington this week, Mount Rainier caught my eye in this beautiful evening light. The pastel sky and quiet reflection gave the whole scene a peaceful feel.
