Yep, I’m slowly learning to shut that voice off, it’s been a long process though 😭 But a much needed one!
You spend enough years white-knuckling it that it’s just your status quo. I still feel self conscious to fidget during a meeting, or using Loops during a loud event, even if it makes me feel better (I’m getting better about it).
