Baby bunnies

The buns are bigger than yesterday. Their ears are longer. We put a couple chairs over the nest because rain tonight. They were originally under some fallen storage lockers which mom & dad stood up & that's when they found them, so they needed a lil shelter.

A town nearby had 80° weather today and has a winter storm warning starting tonight, so.

Whenever there's fraud on my debit card I get unaccountably sad. That's not a typical reaction. It's not like I have any illusions left about the world being a kinder and better place than it is. It's not that, but I don't know what it is. It just breaks my heart a little and I don't know why.

I love love love them so much. One time I rescued a weasel out of there. Not in a grabby way though, they are sharp so I put in a board so he could climb out and the next morning he came back and scratched on my window to say thank you.

I bet I have you beat on water consumption. But yeah, I do mix it up occasionally. Get a good kombucha or a fancy probiotic soda. Mandatory mountain dew if I'm at taco bell, coffee when I can't sleep, getting smashed on mimosas by myself. 😂

Wait am I boring??? I have tea every day!!! I don't think that means boring, that just can't be right. I think it means SUPER AWESOME AND RAD.

I am so so happy their sweet mama came back!!! We have oh so many buns and one out of every generation or so falls into my window well and I have to go on rescue missions. Another couplefew weeks I bet I will meet one of this bunch again 😂

I'm getting a migraine that seems to be centered in my neck. I hate these. Also I'm so worried about the bunnies.

*My* mama is shockingly invested in them. She's the reason I didn't have a proper housepet until I lived in the UK and was a proper married woman. Not into animals. Hellcat changed that, my precious pudding whom I miss so bad. Now mom's saying if their mom doesn't come back we'll bottle feed them.

Dad found a nest of about 2-week-old baby bunnies and hasn't seen a mom. There's *got* to be a mom, right? She's just being cautious because people? There HAS to be a mombun. I can't even think about them not having a mom. 🥺🥺🥺
