Wow, does that mean, we would not need anymore groups, but e.g. could submit just one job as array across all samples for one rule? Meaning, if we have rule_A and sample1,...sample10, instead of ten parallel job submissions, we would have a single job submission and then 10 subjobs?

Why on earth people still use #sourceforge . I have the feeling it never works, it's loaded with advertisements and it's just a huge waste of time trying to get a download working from there.
