My first volcano was last year in Iceland 🥹 I was quite far but I still feel sheer exhilaration just thinking of it & it reignited a different love for life and earth from childhood 💗🌋
4 yrs ago today, I witnessed a volcanic eruption for the first time, close enough to feel the intense warmth of the Earth's creation on my skin. It literally changed my life. I may spend the rest of my life seeking an experience as powerful as this and never find it, and that's okay.
