I hear this a lot, and I believe it.
If your plan has no middle (a big dream on one end; a to-do list on the other) it can't be sustained. Luckily, that's a structural problem, and structure can be fixed.

I created this because my CM career gave me a unique lens most people never get access to. I met countless women who are eager to tap into this kind of knowledge, with no way to get it.
