Those experiences challenged me, stretched my perspective, and continue to shape the kind of scholar I’m becoming. As I move into this next chapter of #dissertation #research, I'm excited to keep learning, contributing, and growing. The road is long, but milestones like this remind me why I started.

Looking back, I’m also proud of what led up to this moment. Last spring, I completed my #coursework with a 4.0 GPA. I earned two #graduate #certificates: one in Future #Professoriate and another in #Data #Analytics, through additional classes I pursued outside of my #PhD requirements.

This journey hasn’t been one I’ve walked alone. I’m deeply grateful to my advisor, @swerthhirs.bsky.social, and committee members @shirzaei.bsky.social, Dr. Madeline Schreiber, and Dr. Yuning Fu, for their guidance, encouragement, and thoughtful feedback throughout this process.
