🧬 After extracting DNA from water samples, Mia checked quality via gel electrophoresis—success! The 16S region was intact. Now she is running Nanopore sequencing to ID bacteria & explore microbial diversity. Results coming soon… stay tuned! #EnvironmentalMicrobiology #WeAreNCL
