For reference, FCI is typically calculated by dividing total deferred maintenance by the cost to replace. Deferred maintenance is all the repairs needed to get it to a good condition.

This means the repairs needed account for more than 2/3rds of the cost to replace.

The package exploded. Also it was not candy…. It was straight up maple salmon. The maple salmon got all over my sleeping bag. There were no laundry facilities.

Oh also. I went to Iceland and I was supposed to bring something canadian. I bought what I thought was salmon maple candy and packed it in my luggage.

Late but a certain someone I know ignored a debt for several years and it doubled from the 11k to 19k and it almost fucked up their house buying plans!!!!!!
