The rough base for my next dreadnought, a Firewing Inspired Contemptor Dreadnought.

I managed to get my hands on Rogue Trader Era Rhino and I plan to convert it into a modern take on the old Sabre tank conversion by Tony Cottrell.

Despite yesterday's Dreadnoughtstravaganza stream being cancelled I still made a base for my Firewing Contemptor Dreadnought.

I also managed to find a RT Rhino which I'll be converting into an oldhammer Sabre Tank.

Interesting, thanks for the advice, the one issue I can see is that I intend to attach the strings to the skull first and heat might cause the skull to melt.

I'll explore the option though, I'm going to try and let the glue dry properly this time and maybe use some baking soda to reinforce... (1/2)

For something a bit different from yesterday, I finished the first version of the Dark Cells Hexagrammic Ward bases for my Shadowkeeper Custodes using some UV powder to get a glow-in-the-dark look.

Honestly, this is the first time I've used them so for this one it was very much hopes and prayers.

They hold their shape moderately well especially the thicker ones but wrapping them around each other and strategically glueing them together helps. (1/2)

They are Guitar Strings, it's actually my first time using them as I've always used green stuff wires/cables before but since I'm making 40 of these drones I thought I'd try to use these instead to save me from going insane.

A Rogue Trader Era Inquisitor that I'm painting up as an ancient Rogue Trader explorator.

Inquisitor Erasmus Cartavolnus painted in a similar gold & brown colour scheme.

Testing out the gold on my Custodes Blade Champion, next up will be to clean up around the gold to produce the classic Shadowkeeper colour scheme.

Next I worked on some Inquisitors which then led me to testing the gold recipe for my future Custodes as well as settling with this colour scheme for my Inquisitors. I also painted an old RT Inquisitor as a Rogue Trader.

I then moved on to painting some Inquisitors something which soon doubled as an opportunity to test some gold recipes for my future Custodes.
