Yo. If you stream on Twitch, PLEASE add closed captions to your stream. You're missing out on a whole audience of people who are either hard of hearing, deaf or simply cannot watch with the volume on. If you use OBS there is a plugin you can add. It's easy peasy.

Yesterday I learned I don't have a cheese grater. Blasphemy.

A plate of herb cheese ravioli with spinach and ricotta, lightly topped with a chunky stewed tomato sauce and sprinkled with diced Parmesan cheese. On the side is a piece of crusty bread drizzled with olive oil and balsamic glaze, also topped with a bit of the tomato mixture. The dish is homemade with a cozy, rustic presentation.

Better Goods frozen pasta. Tonight was Herb Cheese Ravioli with Spinach and Ricotta lightly topped with a semi-homemade simple stewed tomato sauce with canned stewed tomatoes, salt, pepper and garlic. Served with a side of crusty bread drizzled with olive oil and balsamic glaze. #WhatsForDinner
