I bought 2 of these planters. I'm planning on buying another 2 come payday. I've got plans to grow some pickling cucumbers, pepperoncinis, tomatoes and hopefully tomatillos.

I put up this crock in October 2025, and figured it's fermented long enough. I broke out the canning jars and got busy.
Two half-gallon jars of live sauerkraut for myself and my neighbor, seven quart jars, and seven pint jars, processed to be shelf stable.
