To add, weighed myself, finally below 17 stone for the first time in a while (236 lbs) so have 12 lbs in just under 4 weeks, not sure can get another 9 down before Minamicon but that's the goal x
When you struggle to get up early for gym but force yourself to do it because you are committed to the weight loss journey, get through session and ready to do DDPY after and know you are moving way faster ❤️
