Worked out after work. Am doing the week trial of #DDPYoga. Since I #workout at home, a lot of my programs are just a shade outside of my skill/endurance level. Esp when it’s been awhile. Is neat that #DDPY goes from Bed stretches up to….? I am on Beginner + and found it challenging enough.

With a pillow under my knees I was able to do a full Safety Zone today. Which feels like a very good step forward. My knee just wouldn't let me go that far back up to this point. I still can't sit ass to heels though. #ddpyoga
