In mid April I started #DDPY wearing a snug 24 jeans. In Aug I finally caved and got a sz 22. Sept 24 I got a sz 20 and it fit. Today I got a size 18 and it is comfortable and not baggy like the 20 is now starting to feel. Very pleased.
DDPY advanced schedule
A new cycle of #DDPY started today. I've not attempted the advanced level yet, so let's see how this goes. Going to be a rough 13 weeks, but it's always worth it.
