There’s a reason that scientists at primate conferences rarely bring up homosexual behavior.👇
That’s because it’s not shocking to them at all — it’s expected. 🌈🦧 In the wild and captivity, same-sex behavior is just a normal part of primate life.

Happy 18th birthday to the keyboard cat video for those who celebrate.
In 2 weeks I've volunteered at a masters meet, and an open water swim with Drs, Lawyers, Pastors, Coders, and some guy named Pete.
Find your people. Meet with them. They'll welcome you and you'll be a happier person for it - and so will they.

Psst - Unraveling creates opportunity.
Technology is global. Brilliant minds are global.
Both have the power to operate beyond borders
What if we spent less time in rage and fear - and more building solutions that empower the disenfranchised?
Let’s stop waiting. Let’s build.
Probably the best and most useful thing the interwebs have served me up in, well, a cats age - thank you @heidilynphd.bsky.social

AI should be a practice
performing (an activity) or exercise (a skill) repeatedly or regularly in order to improve or maintain one's proficiency
Like yoga - ai should be a practice. Like human connection, philanthropy, good deeds, - ai and technology should be a practice.
No single post can do justice to the people and moments that come out of our Open Service Community (OSC) sessions—you simply have to BE here. It's a community of people that fuel each other towards growth, are some of the most accepting, encouraging, uplifting and inspiring people
I've written in the past about my "UnJob" A thing I love doing, volunteer or some pay that never feels like "work." This week, it was recertification and a swim clinic for fitness and lap swimmers. Great to meet so many folks with one thing in common: #AlwaysGettingBetter!
As I sit here re-certifying all the Advanced Life Saving / CPR / AES certifications, I'm a fan of "professional vampire". Also, cats AND WoW?!? I'm an official fan!
If you're looking to become part of the biggest community of Service Management professionals, don't wait.
Visit openservicecommunity.com to join us on slack and/or discord and partake in our weekly calls
I hope to see you there!
So much this - but I squoze in the yoga today
Following this thread for good additions - you just hit most of our fav's, excluding Grinch(s) and all the old stop-animations that are a requirement - where would we be without Heat Miser, Cold Miser, and BurgerMeister MeisterBurger?

So this is about the time I start looking back at the year - things like:
- Books I've read / Things I've done / lessons Learned
So I can plan what I'm doing next year. My question(s) are:
- Is there anything ELSE I should be looking back on?
- How do YOU look back and review?
As a matter of fact. . . why yes, yes I did
Few things beat great content by great people fantastic session on portal design with Phyllis Drucker #SMWorld
Great idea: you want to bring in visualization as far upstream as possible - so that it can have the broadest downstream impact
