She reportedly parted ways with Bezos with a jaw-dropping $38.3 billion in Amazon stock. Their divorce settlement included a 4 % stake in the online retail giant or 19.7 million shares. A researcher invented a disease called “bixonimania” and wrote clearly bogus articles on Medium and arXiv about it, referencing Starfleet Academy, Sideshow Bob, and the Fellowship of the Ring. Within months, major AI apps were diagnosing users with bixonimania.

There are few greater betrayals then that experienced by a Brit raised on American 80s pop culture finally discovering what Hersheys actually tastes like.
I feel like nowadays lots of people into heavy music were not forged in the crucible of having a ska band open every hardcore show so they don't always recognise the telltale bounce of ska when it pops up.
Listened to this melodeath record someone suggested and it was mostly decent except at one point they did a ska riff and it put me off fhe whole thing.

Off to see the big man Bill Orcutt this evening.
I'm always happy to criticise things AEW does wrong but as someone who sat through WWE PPVs in the 00s and 10s, "Every match on the card is good" would've been an insane thing to suggest about a 4 hour American PPV back then, just beyond the realms of possibility

Oh, I can answer this one! After 2008, private equity decided homes were investment vehicles for them and not for us, and now they’ve driven up the price of housing in every major city in the world, but our hegemonic media treats each crisis as a separate local issue related to supply.

In the 1980s, the UK media responded to an increase in visibility/support of gay people with a relentless, well-funded, Right-Wing campaign against gay rights, and when support went down, allowing Thatcher to bring in Section 28, the media turned around and blamed gay people for demanding too much.
